The house is very private and totally enclosed with a locked gate in front and a wall surrounding the pool and patio area. Don Rosa II is a perfect relaxing get-away from your busy life.

The main living and dining area of Casa Don Rosa II offers a wide open floor plan giving guests plenty of space to sit and enjoy each others company. The house features a fully equipped kitchen complete with: refrigerator, stove, oven microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, crock pot, toaster oven and all utensils/dishes that you'll need. The kitchen area is just adjacent to the living and dining area making the home great for preparing meals with the company of others.

Both bedrooms in Casa Don Rosa II are very comfortably furnished, have mini split air conditioning units, ceiling fans and ample closet space for storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bathroom with shower and a patio door leading directly to the outdoor pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. A sleeper sofa in the living room can also accommodate an extra guest.. Bathrooms each have hair dryers.
