On the ground floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom (with outside entrance). Both the spacious living and dining room offer access to the pool and views of the sea through sliding glass doors. The common areas are cooled by fresh seas breezes and ceiling fans, while the bedrooms each have a quiet air conditioning unit.

Living room features a 20 foot built-in wraparound couch. Also in the living room is the Satellite TV (English channels). The dining room table can seat up to 10 guests. For larger groups the patio table seating 4 can be brought into the dining room. Behind the dining room is the large, modern, and cheery kitchen complete with all the modern conveniences including microwave, coffemaker, toaster, etc.

Between the house and sea lies the free-form pool. The main part is 4 feet deep; plus a small children's section that is 10 inches deep. For your barbecues, there is a charcoal grill on the patio area. Just off the pool is an enclosed shower and a 1/2 bath.
