This luxury Mediterranean style villa features over 4,000 square feet of space of indoor living as well as spacious outdoor patio areas on the first, second and rooftop levels. Stunning views of the bright turquoise bay are yours to enjoy from the living room, dining room, pool/patio areas and several of the bedrooms. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts will be rewarded with excellent snorkeling and close proximity to dive pier pickup. This property, and Villa Coronado next door, boast LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You will be conveniently located just a few miles south of town (toward the best diving areas) and just a 5-minute walk to Chankanaab National Park, Cozumel's famous underwater park and botanical gardens. Ocean views are incredible here and the sandy beach across a quiet road is great for a morning or evening stroll. Take a short walk up the beach to the small beachside restaurant and have a snack or cold beer. While the inside of Casa Torres is comfortable and elegant, you'll probably spend most of your time lounging on the oceanfront patio area featuring a large swimming pool or on the fabulous rooftop observation deck where you have panoramic views of the Caribbean and the verdant green jungle. This is a spectular spot for watching the sun set over the sparkling sea.
