Located in the quiet Corpus Christi neighborhood, Casa Topaz and Casa Tomas are two separate properties that share a central courtyard and swimming pool. Each property has two bedrooms and two baths.

Each has full kitchen with all appliances, dining area with seating for 4, living room with entertainment center. They both have outdoor patio areas also.

Each bedroom has king size bed, air conditioning, large closets and private bath.

The property has been furnished with rustic style Mexican furniture, specially made and bought in Puebla. Colorful fabrics and decorative art pieces are used throughout the property. Quality craftsmanship is apparent and many special touches have been included for your comfort, including air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, CD player, assortment of videos/music, programmable safe, internet access and for free calling to the US and Canada, bring your laptop and we can provide you with a MagicJack unit that connects to your computer. Please request this in advance.

The swimming pool and surrounding patio is a great place for a refreshing dip or lazy day sunning. The large two-level pool is shallow at one end, deepening at the other; one section of the pool has built-in seating. A large palapa patio and garden area was recently added, along with dive rinse tank, secure scuba gear storage area and off-street parking.

Location: 10th Avenue between 15th and 17th, just two blocks off the ocean and an easy walk to the grocery, bakery and liquor store, theater and several restaurants.

Casa Topaz and Tomas are great independently or together for a larger group of 8 to 10 guests.
