Casa Suzana is a newer two story 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home in the popular Corpus Christi residential area of Cozumel. The exterior design incorporates three white arches with decorative black iron work in the wall that provides privacy as well as security.

First level features an open and airy floor plan. Living room has handmade Mexican furniture with cushions in cheerful, bright fabrics. An entertainment center includes cable TV and stereo. Step down to the dining/kitchen areas to the dining table with seating for 6 as well bar stools at the kitchen lunch counter. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances, dishes and cookware; do a few meals yourself or let us provide cook service during your stay! A convenient half bath is located off the kitchen area.

Also on the first level is one bedroom with a private bath and sliding glass doors to the backyard swimming pool and patio area.

An open stairway leads to the second level where there are two additional bedrooms, each with private bath.

A pleasant second story balcony with table and chairs overlooks the pool/patio area and offers a cool island breeze in a quiet setting. Enjoy an icy cold beer or a frosty margarita and catch some sun or count the stars.

Outside you can enjoy the private L-shaped freshwater swimming pool and poolside lounge chairs and table with chairs. A great spot for a refreshing dip in the pool, morning coffee or evening cerveza.
