Spoil yourself because you deserve it! Villa Sueños del Mar is a splendid 5 bedroom luxury villa with spectacular ocean views. This 4600+ square foot villa is an exceptional delight from the lovely contemporary architecture and the spacious elegant living areas to the imported furnishings and the unbelievable ocean views.

Ocean and sunset views from the spacious pool side patio and the large rooftop terrace are what you've been dreaming about for your tropical vacation.

You're in the lap of luxury on the roof top terrace that includes a palapa covered wet bar, lounge chairs and umbrella table with chairs. The rooftop "living area" is a perfect place for relaxing any time of the day: morning coffee, evening meals, margaritas at sunset, or stargazing at night.

Every piece of furniture was designed by the architect especially for this villa and was custom built in Merida, Yucatan. The large kitchen and serving area is a cook's dream with spacious granite counters imported from Brazil, top-of-the-line stainless appliances and cabinets imported from the US. Large dining table comfortably seats 10.

Other amenities you'll enjoy at Villa Sueños de Mar include a freshwater infinity pool overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, Satellite TVs, DVD, and integrated stereo systems: 1 for the living area and another for the pool and rooftop areas. The pressurized water system is completely purified by a UV filter system and water softener. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a 4 car parking garage, and there's even a backup electric generator.

Each of the spacious 5 bedrooms has its own private entrance and private tiled bath. Four of the five bedrooms have ocean views; one is located on the main floor, 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The fifth bedroom does not have an ocean view but is just steps from the beach at the ground level.

You may never want to leave the luxury of this exquisite oceanfront villa but if you do, the beach is just about 40 yards away, across the quiet road from the property, where you'll find great shore diving and snorkeling. There are two restaurants/bars within easy walking distance and another conveniently located just two doors away. Villa Sueños de Mar is only 10-12 minutes (about 5 mi.) to town by car or taxi; it is located between between Fiesta Americana hotel and Chankanaab National Park.
