Residencias Reef #8220 is a 1 BR, 1 bath rental condo on the second floor of Building #4.

Unit 8220 has all the amenities to make your vacation as comfortable–or more comfortable–as in your own home! The balcony has a couch and table/chair set as well as a large tub (unheated, non-jetted) with an incredible view of the beach and pool. The living/dining area is very comfortable with a micro fiber queen sofa sleeper couch, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wood and wicker dining table, chairs, tile flooring and more!

Enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies on the 42" Plasma TV with Sony Dolby digital surround sound, DVD/CD player , Dish Network satellite (U.S. programming), wireless high speed internet (bring your own laptop) and FREE long distance calling to USA & Canada!

When it comes time for meals, the kitchen is ready for your own home-cooked meals or ask about the chef service if you don't want to cook . Everything you need is here- granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, blender (for great margaritas!), dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, spice rack, utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc.

The bedroom is very cozy with the king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 30" Sony TV, DVD player, sitting bench, table and mirror, plenty of closet and drawer space for your belongings and a safe for your valuables. The bathroom has a large shower, dual sinks and hair dryer. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry.

All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to 2 large freshwater pools. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel... That beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.
