Residencias Reef condo 7320 is a 2 level, 2 bedroom unit located on the 3rd level in Building #3. This unit can sleep up to 10 guests and has a HUGE private rooftop solarium with a private soaking tub (unheated, non-jetted). Views of the sea and surrounding area are wonderful from this high-altitude vantage point.

There is dining for 6 at the dining room table, plus additional seating for 3 at the lunch counter. On the terrace is another dining area with seating for 4.

The Residencias Reef Condominiums (a gated community) are located on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for divers and beachcombers. There's also pretty good snorkeling just off the beach. The beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to 2 large freshwater pools. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel.
