Residencias Reef #7200 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo is on the second floor of Building #3 where you'll have a gentle breeze and views of the tropical garden area and pool. Unit 7200 is a short stroll to one of Cozumel's finest beaches, San Francisco Beach.

All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater infinity edge pool, plus a second swimming pool directly in front of Building 3.

The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel. This is a corner unit which means that it has a huge wrap-around balcony.

There is high speed internet access, but no long distance service, so if you are traveling with a laptop you can stay in touch with family or business by email or Skype if you have that installed on your computer.

Note: This is a no-smoking unit; smoking on terraces only.
