Residencias #5240 two bedroom condo is a corner unit on the second floor of Building #1 where you'll have terrific views and a gentle breeze. Unit 5240 overlooks one of Cozumel's finest beaches and is on the north end of the building, close to the pool.

The living room, dining room and kitchen offer stunning views of the turquoise water of the Caribbean. Patio doors open to a large, furnished wrap-around balcony.

The dining room has seating for four. In addition, there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast counter. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the large and small appliances plus cookware etc. you need.

First bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, sliding glass doors to the balcony and private bath.

Second bedroom has a garden view, queen bed, private bath and small private balcony.
