Casa Las Flores is a very private and first class vacation rental villa located 8.5 miles south of town. Visitors wanting to relax in privacy and seclusion will find this spacious and tasteful villa a perfect option. Las Flores vacation rental property is only a few minutes by boat to the spectacular reefs of Cozumel. Though secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, the main square is only 15 minutes by car so you can easily get to shopping, restaurants and the central plaza. If requested, we can arrange meal service and you'll never need to leave the villa!

There are three bedrooms in the main house, with 2 king beds and 2 queens to sleep 8. Another queen sized bed in the guest apartment sleeps 2 more people. Two air mattresses can accommodate 2 more guests. Maximum occupancy is 13 people.

Reading and video library. Internet and phone. Elegant furnishings of mahogany wood, rattan, marble floors, imported furniture. Fully furnished kitchen including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, etc. Purified bottled water is provided.

All 3 bedrooms in the villa have terraces overlooking the pool and ocean. Guest apartment has a garden view, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom and is air conditioned with window units. Daily maid service (except Sunday and major Mexican holidays) is provided. Optional cook and grocery shopping service available. Water system is pressurized and treated with chlorine (though not "purified") and water softener.

Be sure to bring your dive booties or an old pair of sneakers or sandals for entering the water. Once in the water the bottom is sandy but the shoreline is rocky.
