Las Brisas is one of Cozumel's newest condo buildings, located about 2.5 miles north of San Miguels' central plaza. With only 2 condos per floor, there is no overcrowding here! Las Brisas is on a sandy beach plus offers good snorkeling

The spacious units are located on the 1st, 4th or 7th floor with easy access to the pool and beach via stairs or elevator. The open and airy floor plan offers magnificent ocean views from the living room/dining room and kitchen and two of the 3 bedrooms. An oceanfront patio is furnished for comfortable outdoor living. Dining room seats 8 and a breakfast bar has additional seating. Kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances including a microwave.

All condos contain 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, but for smaller groups some may be rented with fewer bedrooms at a reduced rate.
