The white sand beach stretches on forever, yet you are within easy walking distance of the excellent bar/rstaurant, Casa Cenote. Looking for something to do? Slip into the Manatee Cenote just across the road from Casa Cenote restaurant and do some serious snorkeling. Explore the beauty beneath the sea during a scuba diving excursion. Paddle around the bay in a sea kayak (2 are provided with the property). Explore the Mayan ruins of Tulum or Coba. Or find a comfy spot on the beach and settle in for some quality rest and relaxation.

Villa Zama will comfortably sleep six adults, additional small children are considered on a case by case basis. A main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor; each has a queen size bed, private bath, cozy window seat and private balcony. There is also a second floor terrace where you can enjoy ocean breezes, fine views and a cerveza or two.

The open floor plan of the Villa Zama allows you and your family or friends to enjoy each other's company whether you are in the living room, dining room or fully equpped kitchen. The property has many amenities, making it a perfect choice for your vacation retreat.

Villa Zama is a family owned vacation villa offered to guests who will respect this magnificent bay and its' fragile coral ecology. Doing their part to protect the environment, Zama's owners have not installed air conditioning, TV or a pool. With the cooling ocean breeze and that wonderful white sand beach, you won't miss them.
