Las Villas Akumal is a collection of 1, 2 and 3 BR condos surrounded by lush, well-manicured grounds and garden, sandy beach that stretches to the north and south, multiple swimming pools and tropical jungle. Add sunshine and a soft ocean breeze and you're in paradise.

Las Villas Akumal condo units are fully equipped with complete kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffeemaker. Dining area has wicker chairs and glass-top table. Living room has two sofas and coordinating chairs with sliding glass doors open to a beach side patio shaded with palapa roof. This is a nice refuge from the sun and a perfect vantage point for enjoying the Caribbean view while you gather with friends or family

Along the beach are two swimming pools; one shallow for children and a deeper pool for swimmers. Lounge chairs are positioned around the pool and near the beach. Freshwasher showers are located along the beach for a quick rinse after snorkeling in the bay.

Villas Akumal offers 3 BR, 3 bath oceanfront condos, 2 BR, 2 bath oceanfront condos and garden view junior suites with king bed, kitchen and living area. 3 BR condos can accommodate up to 8 guests; 2 BR condos will accommodate up to 6 and junior suites accommodate two guests. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.
