Inside the villa, you'll find all the comforts you expect in a vacation villa, including full air conditioniong, internet connection (bring your laptop!), and 4 flat screen TVs and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There is a vast selection of DVDs, carefully organized and catalogued for easy selection.
Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a large open area that leads into the air conditioned living area with two sofas and two padded side chairs.
Dining areas include the formal dining area with seating for 8 in casual wicker furniture, plus a breakfast corner off the kitchen with seating for 6. In addition, there is seating for 4 at the center island in the kitchen plus an outdoor table area for up to 6.
The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator. Kitchen countertops are lovely granite and the room is bright and cheery with plenty of light from windows on two sides.
Pool and patio areas are a delight with a large palapa with built in sofas, a dining table and chairs and a hammock (of course!). Plenty of loungers are provided around the large swimming pool. And, check the pool: there are two built-in bars! Surrounding the pool is beautiful, emerald green jungle and tropical garden.
All of the 5 bedrooms are on the second floor and are fully air-conditioned. First master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 dressing tables, a flat screen TV, a half moon shaped balcony overlooking the pool and jungle and a large bathroom with a tub and separate stand up shower. The Second Master bedroom has a king size bed, a dressing table, a flat screen TV, a private balcony and its own bathroom. The third bedroom is a large room with 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed, dressing table and flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids and offers 2 bunk beds, with 4 twin size mattresses. The final room is an exercise room including an exercise bike. It doubles up as a small guest bedroom with a queen sofa bed. The third, fourth and fifth bedroom share a large bathroom located on the second floor landing and all bedrooms have ample closet space.
La Via also has a partially shaded rooftop terrace with ocean views during the day and a lounge area for stargazing at night.
