The living room, which boasts a sofa suitable for eight, flows nicely into the lavish dining area which has a beautifully carved dining table that comfortably seats 10. Included in the spaciousness of the living area and sharing the same magnificent views of the Caribbean, is the large, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops which offers easy and enjoyable cooking as well as delightful entertaining. Strolling down the hallway, past the charming half bath/powder room, you come to the cozy downstairs guest bedroom which has two queen size beds, its own full bath and lovely garden views. Returning towards the front door and climbing the stairs, you come to the warm and sunny studio which offers two couches, satellite TV with DVD player and stunning views of the ocean and lush, green jungle. This studio, which is also the second entertainment area, has a shared full bath with the children's room which has a single trundle bed and a set of bunk beds. The studio also features a lovely little nook complete with a desk, chair and wireless internet connection.

There are three large bedrooms located off of the studio each with its own luxurious bathroom and all with showers. The first bedroom is the deluxe master bedroom with one king bed, a big balcony and fabulous views overlooking the majestic Caribbean. The roomy second guest bedroom, with two queen beds, shares the same big balcony and spectacular ocean views with the master bedroom. The spacious third guest bedroom also has two queen size beds and amazing jungle views.

Adjacent to the main house is the second floor guesthouse with 3 additional bedrooms, each with a private bath.
