Sirena Villa #16 is a value-priced 3 bedroom Akumal vacation rental villa. Located poolside, this 2-story, free-standing vacation villa has easy beach access, poolside patio and upper terrace. The lovely courtyard is a lush tropical garden.

The main level is accessed from a front screened in patio overlooking the pool. Two of the three bedrooms are on the main level. The first is furnished with a king bed, the second with two single beds. A full bath is located between the two guest bedrooms.

On the second floor is the large master suite, featuring a high domed brick ceiling, with a private bath. Also on this level is a terrace, complete with patio furniture, overlooking the courtyard below.

This Akumal vacation villa is perfect for a small group or family up to 6. For larger groups, rent additional villas or condos in the Sirena-Iguana complex.
