Holiday and High season reservations require a 7 night minimum, Mid and Low seasons min 5 nights stay unless otherwise agreed.

Casa San Francisco is truly a dream house. It is luxurious, but at the same time, welcoming and comfortable. One of just a few exclusive residences in South Akumal, this villa is a perfect home base for any activities you have planned in the Riviera Maya. But, you may choose never the leave the comfort of this beach front villa.
A new swimming pool located just off the white sandy beach, is a tropical oasis for a refreshing dip. Lounge chairs along the beach are perfect for an afternoon of sunning. Or relax in the shade on the poolside patio and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
Casa San Francisco is colonial style with 4 large bedrooms in the main house as well as 5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room for 8, and living room. An outdoor L-shaped verandah wraps around two sides of the villa fronting the beach and one side of the house, providing a shaded area where you can enjoy the gentle breezes.
The décor celebrates traditional Mexican style and materials; all the floors are Saltillo tile, the bathrooms are of hand-painted talavera and the built-in furniture, doors, stairs and beams are handmade of local hardwoods. Two impessive adobe brick domed ceilings add charm add spaciousness to the interiors. San Francisco features artwork from all over the globe, collected by the owners during their extensive world travel.
The open design of the house and abundant windows allow fresh air and ocean breezes to keep the villa cool and comfortable, you may find you don't need to use the air conditioning at all. Shaded off street parking is provided for your rental car.
The house is well designed for couples and families. It comfortably sleeps up to 9 in the main house with 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 singles, plus a double futon. The second floor guest house has 1 BR with queen bed, air conditioning and private bath.
Outdoor living areas include a large rooftop terrace for spectacular views over the Caribbean sea to the east and the lush jungle of the Riviera Maya to the west. You'll love the terrace at sunrise and sunset, and for private sunning. A picturesque garden area is shaded, with flowering trees and shrubs of the region attracting colorful birds and butterflies. It has a patio with fountain and ample seating -- a restful and magical place for an evening cocktail. Another oceanfront terrace provides the spot for relaxation at the end of a perfect day. Enjoy views of the emerald green tropical palms set against the deep blue of the bay for a picture-perfect view of the Caribbean coast.
