Casa Salvaje is located on one of the finest beaches you'll find anywhere . . . wide, powdery sand and uncrowded.

Swim in the pool located on the beach side, enjoy a dip in the ocean or take one of the two sea kayaks out for a spin around the bay. Fire up the BBQ for burgers or fresh grilled fish. Other activities available in the area include sail boarding, fishing, snorkeling and diving. In addition, you can usually find a rousing game of volleyball somewhere along the beach. You'll be in tropical heaven at the Casa Salvaje.

A convenience store is located near the Casa Salvaje and there is a beach restaurant just a short walk down the beach. You'll find a gift shop, dining, dancing and cocktails at the Hacienda Dona Isabel complex, a short walk or drive away.

Casa Salvaje is a the perfect base for excursions as well. The ruins of Tulum are 20 minutes south. Also in Tulum are lots of shops, an incredible beach and many restaurants. Akumal is just 5 minutes north of Casa Salvaje; here you'll find small shops and several restaurants. A bit further north (40 minutes) is Playa del Carmen, a bustling tourist area with endless shopping and dining options plus ferries to the island of Cozumel.

You'll find all of the comforts of home inside with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room with seating for up to 12, plus a kitchen lunch counter with additional seating for 4. Living room area has ample seating plus satellite TV.

In the main house are four air conditioned bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms). Three bedrooms are on the ocean side of the house with views of the pool and Caribbean sea; each of these bedrooms has a sliding glass door onto a patio or terrace. The fourth bedroom in the main house faces the garden; this room has two levels with queen beds on each level (almost like two separate bedrooms).

Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are in the casitas (guesthouses) located off the garden courtyard. The lower casita has a queen bed, a single bed, private bathroom and kitchenette. A second level casita has two upper level bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bath.

Maximum Occupancy: Up to 10 guests in the main house; up to 17 guests with the mainhouse and both casitas.
