The ocean side of the house has a tiled patio that's nicely furnished and a swimming pool facing the sea. A path leads to the water's edge and the inlet to Yal-ku lagoon. On calm days your snorkeling can begin right here. On other days, the offical entrance to Yal-ku Lagoon is right next door.

The house also has 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need, CD/tape player, lock box security and a staff that lives on-site in a casita next door. Staff provides gardening and maid service (included in the rental rate). They are also available to provide you with babysitting, cook and laundry services at a modest fee.

Quinta del Mar is near Que Onda and within easy walking distance to La Lunita and La Buena Vida restaurants, as well. This is a great house, very private and convenient to all of Akumal.
