Villa Palmilla is a breath of fresh air; delightful inside and out. Let's talk about inside living areas first.

Beyond the the lush front garden area that features a water fountain and garden "pool" is the entrance to Villa Palmilla. Open the handsome mahogany door and you'll be instantly impressed. If you have an eye for style and design, you'll recognize the fine quality of the furnishings, the pleasant color scheme and decor, not to mention the fabulous ocean views from every room.

You'll feel right at home in the comfortable living room, complete with satellite TV, VCR, DVD and 5-disc CD player. There are super views from here of the sea and the L-shaped pool that wraps around the living area with the lap section of the pool on the north end of the living area.

The elegant dining area has seating for 8 plus additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast counter. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a double oven, refrigerator and freezer plus a custom designed built-in wine chiller.

Also on the first floor is a TV room/office with satellite TV plus two desks. This room can serve as a fourth bedroom with the camel sofa that is a double sleep sofa. Doors from either side of this room lead to the courtyard patio on one side and to the pool on the other. You can literally step into the lap section of the pool from the sliding glass doors.

Just off the hallway from the TV room/office is a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor of Villa Palmilla are three bedrooms, all accessed off the the spacious window-lined marble hallway. Each of the spacious bedrooms has ocean views, balcony, private bath and the finest linens.

Master suite offers spectacular views of Jade Bay, a wide balcony, sitting area and private bath with sunken spa tub (with ocean views!). A free standing telescope in this room is yours to view boats on the bay during the day or stars and planets at night.

Second master suite, also with king bed, has a seating area, sensational views, private bath and sliding glass doors onto the oceanfront balcony.

Third guest room has twin beds (can be made up as a king), private bath, satellite TV and a separate balcony with ocean views.

If you think the inside of Palmilla is terrific, you're going to love the outside, too! A lush tropical entry garden complete with fountain that cascades into a garden pool welcomes you to the property in style. Picture-perfect palms fringe the pool and add to the tropical flavor of the views from the villa. The hammock among the palms is a perfect get-away spot on a lazy day. An outdoor built-in circular sofa is an excellent gathering place for friendly conversation. In addition there is a shaded poolside patio complete with surround sound speakers. This area has thickly padded sofa and chairs as well as dining area for poolside breakfast or evening cocktails. Speaking about poolside meals, Villa Palmilla also has, not one, but two barbecues (one built in and one gas). And, don't forget about the large oceanfront balcony on the second level with padded lounge chairs. Stairs from the pool area drop you onto the sandy beach of Jade Bay. Be sure to take one of the sea kayaks out for a ride or try snorkeling in the bay.
