Villa Nicte-Ha, which means "Water Lily" in Mayan with 3 BR., 3 baths, was designed by the famous architectural firm of I. M. Pei and Associates and has been featured in Architectural Digest Magazine. Balconies and sun decks reach out from all rooms giving each a view of the Caribbean Sea.
This villa provides spacious living for a dream vacation in the Riviera Maya. Villa Nicte-Ha is furnished with Mexican antiques, original paintings and interesting art pieces.
Nicte Ha also features Mexican tile floors and Talavera tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. It has a downstairs guest bedroom with twin beds and bath. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with king-size bed plus children's bunk beds and bath and second guest bedroom with queen bed and set of bunk beds. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom has its' own private balcony.
The sunken living room is spacious and has high ceilings. There are three dining areas: One indoor dining room, one outside covered patio and one outside uncovered patio. Villa Nicte-Ha has all of the amenities a great vacation house should have including an oceanfront swimming pool. The location is great, within walking distance of all the finest beaches, restaurants and shops in Akumal.
