Maya Jardin has changed from a small, intimate hotel to a spacious beach retreat on serene Soliman Bay. The inclusion of the owners living quarters upstairs has transformed Maya Jardin to a glorious private villa getaway for a group of up to 14 guests.
On beach level are 4 private rooms each with private bath. Each room is fully air conditioned (with mini-splits) and has a ceiling fan, private bathroom, all-wood windows with opening louvers. All rooms are equipped with a 3 ft high refrigerator. These 4 suites open onto the pool with the beach directly off the pool deck.
The pool is 36 ft. x 13 ft. with the room "swim-up" patios on one side and the beach and sea on the other. There are poolside furnished patios for rooms #1, #2, #4. Room #3 opens directly to the pool. There are four bar stools in the center of the pool for socializing and taking in the sea view. Beach palapas and chaises are on the beach with more chaises around the pool.
Upstairs is the 5th bedroom which is highlighted by a brick domed ceiling. This room has 2 queen size beds, AC, private bath, ocean view and opens to the beachside terrace. The main living rooms are also on this level, the indoor kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, built in oven, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar that seats 6. The dining room table seats 8. The spacious and comfortable living room features a large flat screen TV, MP3/CD, DVD players and plenty of seating on an L-shaped sofa and easy chairs. This entire livng space has splendid ocean views and opens to a 45' wide terrace furnished with patio chairs and lounges.
A circular stairway leads to the sleeping loft furnished with 2 futons. To help you keep in touch, the office in the loft area features Wi-fi internet access.
On the "jardin" (garden) side of the villa is a large, fully equipped outdoor kitchen & barbecue area with palapa topped seating for up to 14 people. There is also an extra bathroom in this outdoor living space. This is an excellent place to cookout and relax around the corner from the beach side and sea breeze.
