Villa Ka Kuxta (pronounced "Kah Kooshtah") is located on the secluded bay of South Akumal with a gorgeous white sand beach. The bay is protected by a double barrier reef just 100 yards off shore which keeps the waters calm and clear for terrific snorkeling and swimming. There are spectacular coral formations and a huge variety of colorful fish. This bay is really something special for the person who wants privacy, safe swimming and incredible snorkeling. With the addition of a new swimming pool, this property is a super choice!
There is an elegant entry into the villa with an inside entrance hall. Each level of Ka Kuxta contains a complete kitchen, living room and dining room, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect for 2 families traveling together who want to be close but still have some privacy. There is an interior staircase to the roof top patio area. It’s also a fabulous observatory to look at the stars, sunset and sunrise with a 360-degree view of the ocean and jungle. Absolutely stupendous!
The 5000 square foot main villa is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. There is a complete kitchen, dining and living area on each level. Each floor has two bedrooms and two baths. The 5th bedroom is in the guesthouse located in the garden on the property.
Ka Kuxta sits on 50 feet of sandy beach, outdoor terraces with columns and arches and has all the modern conveniences. Top-of-the-line materials were used in the construction, including granite counters, incredible Canterra stone floors, beautiful handmade Mexican tile in the bathrooms, ceiling fans, etc. Ka Kuxta has been beautifully decorated with wicker specially designed for the villa. Fine woodwork adds a rich, stylish feel to the atmosphere of the villa. Decorative touches and original oil paintings add a splash of color throughout.
Ka Kuxta is located just 5 minutes south of the town of Akumal where you will find an array of restaurants and shopping.
