La Iguana Condominiums are located at the north end of Half Moon Bay offering expansive views of the bay and Caribbean Sea. The snorkeling at this end of the bay is some of the best in the area and is easily accessible; plus, the Yalku lagoon is a short walk for snorkeling in an exotic tropical lagoon.
Unit #5 is full of delights; the owner loves Akumal and has added many extras for guest comfort (as well as his own). This spacious 2 BR unit has a private entrance and patio area on the jungle side. The patio is furnished with hammocks, table, chairs, sofa and storage for snorkel equipment. Each of the bedrooms also has a private terrace for more outdoor living.
Inside are all the comforts of home. The living area has a full wall of windows, providing stunning ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. There is pleny of seating area in the living area with multiple sofas. Dining room table has seating for 6.
Guests of La Iguana enjoy a private setting, just off the beaten path and within an easy walk to Yalku Lagoon. Two swimming pools, including a large pool with lap lane in a garden courtyard setting, offer the perfect chance to cool down and refresh yourself after a day of exploring the Great Maya reef or ancient ruins.
There is now an exercise facility onsite and wireless internet in the condo (bring your laptop).
