| Located in the lovely Akumal Sur area, Hamaca is a great beach villa. Akumal Sur is a gated residential area just south of Akumal proper.
The 2 story, 3 B.R., 3 bath property rests along on a white sand beach on the fringe of the jungle. You'll appreciate the wonderful views of the sea.
Upper floor has a master suite with large bath and shower. Main level has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Large terraces with palapa roofs give this villa a special tropical charm. An artist's touch is apparent with an explosion of color and impressive murals painted on the living room and dining room walls.
A guest house has one bedroom suite with kitchen and bathroom. All rooms in the main house have an ocean view and the guesthouse has a lovely garden view.
Of course maid service and purified bottled water is provided. You'll have all the comforts of home, including: barbecue grill, satellite TV, stereo and CDs, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, safe for your valuables, hammocks, air conditioning . . . and that wonderfully white sand beach.
