Casa Debita is located on the south end of the Aventuras Akumal bay and is only 20 minutes from Tulum or Playa del Carmen. There is a beach bar/restaurant a short stroll away and also a convenience store.

This bungalow is an excellent choice for those looking for a good value. It has everything you need and more in this large air conditioned open floor plan suite with king bed, full kitchen, living area (complete with satelite TV, CD/MP3 player), dinette table and chairs, and separate marble-tiled bath with shower.

Debita is the guesthouse that shares the property with Casa Palapa, if you have a larger group, add Casa Palapa directly on the beach for up to 10 guests. But for just one or two people, Debita can be rented separately.
