Las Casitas Akumal are comfortable 2 BR, 2 bath bungalows located on picture-perfect Akumal Bay. Tropical palm trees softly sway in the ocean breeze, gentle waves lick the powdery white sand. Crystal clear waters offer incredible snorkeling and the protected bay area is ideal for swimming.

Nestled amidst a lush tropical garden facing Akumal Bay are 18 casitas. This supreme setting offers quiet beach living in a carefree setting. Restaurants, dive shops and grocery stores are all within a short walk.

Each casita has a full kitchen, air conditioning, ocean views, private patio, daily maid service, purified bottled water and all linens and towels. With a sandy beach right outside your door, this is an ideal location for couples, friends and families alike. The casitas are spacious and well maintained, and because of their prime location, are in VERY high demand so book early!

All are directly on the beach with ocean views. Large living room, dining room and kitchen has open floor plan for bright and airy atmosphere. A private patio area is located off the of the living area with sliding glass doors. Original casitas have 2 bedrooms on the first level; larger 2 story casitas have 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Enjoy meals in the comfort of your own dining room . . . or enjoy Akumal's finest restaurants and bars just a brief stroll away.

Guests have free use of sea kayaks for one hour each day, so cruise Akumal Bay at your leisure!
