Amanecer, which means "sunrise," will awaken your spirit durng your stay in Akumal. These units are as easy on your eyes as they are on your pocketbook.

Superb snorkeling awaits you just a short walk from Amanecer. Also within easy walking distance are a couple of restaurants/bars and a convenience store. Stroll to La Buena Vida for lunch or drinks and settle into one of the comfy beach chairs.

The friendly staff includes Pio, Cathy and Fernando who will make sure your stay is comfortable. Pio and Fernando speak Spanish and English.

Amanecer offers 2 BR units plus a rooftop studio. Guests of 2 BR and rooftop studio have access to the swimming pool in the inner courtyard as well as the rooftop terrace furnished with lounge chairs and table and chairs.

2 BR units have one master bedroom with a king bed and private bath; second bedroom has two twins that can be made up as a king if requested in advance. A second bedroom is located just off the hallway. There is a full kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 and also seating at the kitchen lunch counter. A small patio offers a spot for morning coffee.

1 BR studio is located on the third level rooftop with access on the terrace area. The studio has a queen bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchen with lunch counter with two stools.
